On August 9, Mark Levine, the American musician acclaimed as "Father of Country Music", sung Chinese red songs including "The East is Red" and "Liuyang River" at the picturesque Wulingyuan, Zhangjiajie County, Hunan Province. Wearing an American cowboy hat, shaggy whiskers and traditional Chinese garments, he mesmerized numerous tourists (with his songs).

It is informed that during the Zhangjiajie International Country Music Week this September, Mark Levine will, on behalf of an American band, bring exciting songs from home and abroad and entertain the visitors.
